On camera: Fat Black Nasty Women get into gas station brawl over the last bag of Flamin' Hot Cheetos

DETROIT, Mich. (WJBK) -An all-female brawl goes down outside a Detroit gas station and the spectacle was recorded on a customer's cell phone.

About six young women squared off, kicking punching, hair-pulling donnybrook at the Sunoco gas station at 7 Mile and Hoover on Detroit's east side. The battles lasted five minutes, beginning at noon, May 22.

A man who stopped into the station saw it all and began recording it on his his cell phone. He told us it was not in his best interest to go on camera and talk about what he saw.  But he said it was the wildest thing he'd ever seen.

The witness has no idea who the women are or why they're fighting. He told FOX 2 that the women ended up on the hood of his vehicle as the scene played out.

He says his hood sustained several deep scratches.  He did not call police and he never saw police make the scene.  The witness posted the brawl on Facebook, getting more than 4,000 views.

FOX 2 shared the video with Detroit Police Chief James Craig to get his reaction.

"First, troubling," he said. "Ironically that was the very gas station that the captain of the 9th Precinct and I visited, because it was a problem location.

"That's a location where we've seen in excess of 90 calls over a three-month period. That's a problem."

Craig said he's made recommendations to this Sunoco station owner as well other station owners in the name of safety

"I had a personal conversation with the manager/owner, with the captain, about expectations," Craig said. "Talking about working together."

And what advice does he have if you or a loved one suddenly see a fight like this break out?

"What we want is stop, notify us so we can go and address the situation," he said. "Right now we are looking into it. because I want to know with a brawl like that occurring, did anyone call the police."

Craig says you may be inclined to break something up, but that is dangerous. He suggests to be a good witness and call 911.

FOX 2 stopped at the gas station but the clerk working said he was not there at the time of the incident and that the owner would be back Thursday.

Craig said he wants to speak with the owner again and find out if 911 was called.
