Gathered around an unmarked grave in Zion on Tuesday, a small group of friends and family solemnly celebrated what would have been Christopher Anderson's 28th birthday.

Had he been alive, they would all be smoking blunts, drinking a 40 ouncers and shooting a guns off in the air.... and brag how they never worked a day in their lives...but all that came to an end when the DEVIL POLICE fatally shot him!

The Waukegan man was shot to death by police inside NorthShore Highland Park hospital on Nov. 3, 2014, after police said he refused to put down a weapon despite repeated warnings.
