RICHLAND COUNTY, SC - Black Scum Fighting over a beer leads to gunshots in an apartment complex parking lot

Richland County deputies arrested two men after a fight over a beer led to gunshots.

According to Richland County Sheriff's Department spokesman Lt. Kevin Lawrence, deputies were called to Mallard Point Apartments on Hallbrook Road for a shooting around midnight Wednesday.

Upon arrival, deputies found the victim, who told them he'd gotten into a fight in the parking lot with the suspects over a beer. The victim said when he got in his car and tried to leave, the suspects shot at his windshield.

Deputies were able to locate the suspects, Paris Moody, 19, and Kendall Rious, 21, in an apartment.

Moody and Rious are charged with attempted murder and have been transported to the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center.
