Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart and his DOUBLE STANDARDS and his BLACK PANDERING

White Female Cook County Sheriff Sergeant subjected to repeated harassment and retaliation after reporting threats made by male Black Sergeant ....  Female Sgt. was even recently written up for requiring a suicidal detainee medical clearance. 

Recently, a female Markham Courthouse Sgt. dared to write paper on another Sgt. who made threats he was going ''KNOCK HER ON HER KKK ASS.... One of the office deputies who heard this threat even confirmed it to one of the Sheriff's crack investigators, Sabrina, who we will refer to her by her first name for now.  Despite a witness statement, the Sergeant was never reprimanded and or disciplined in any manner. However, the African American Lieutenant and Markham Chief who are friends with this Black Sergeant,  have made the female Sergeants life a living hell since this reporting this incident.  

The most recent form of retaliation was this female Sergeant was written up for requiring a suicidal detainee to get medically cleared. This new detainee attempted to hang himself at the Cook County Jail last year and stated he was going to do it again.  The Sgt. followed procedure and required the detainee to be medically cleared before acceptance.  The Sergeant was written up by Chief Gaines despite clear Sheriff Departmental policy that suicidal inmates and or detainees must get medical clearance before acceptance.  They also verbally reprimanded this Sergeant for parking on off shifts in the garage area of the courthouse which has been common practice for years. Lieutenant Baker then told the others deputies who were parking in the garage to blame this Sergeant for ruining it for everyone.  Lt .Baker on another incident screamed at this Sergeant in the office and ordered her to report to a Deputy subordinate when she was not even on duty.

The Targeting of Friends....

The White Sergeants friends have also been recently targeted by the brass. The Black Sgt. who said he was going to knock the white Sergeant on her KKK ass recently wrote up one her close friends for insubordination. He claimed the deputy called him a fat ass and she was given a two day suspension by Chief Gaines and Lt. Baker despite three witness statements contradicting his claims. One witness statement was from a Black deputy who was present and never heard him being allegedly called a fat ass.

As you may remember a different Black Markham Sergeant  had a talk show few years back called white people on tape Honkeys and Crackers. A frequent guest of that hate show,  Chief Dana Wright,  just promoted that Sergeant to be one of her top aides. He was never disciplined for calling white people derogatory names.
