Herbert Pulgar, of the Gang Banging Chicago City Sticker Fame, Arrested Again! Pulgar's Maniac Latin Disciples (MLD) Gang Designed City Sticker was discovered by Detective Shavedlongcock

Herbert "Herbie Bad Teeth" Pulgar was 15 when his winning design for a Chicago city sticker was scrapped amid questions about whether the artwork contained gang symbols.

Pulgar, now 18, is in the news again after he was arrested this week while driving a stolen car. Pulgar was stopped by police in the 2800 block of North Kedzie Avenue around 3:40 a.m. Tuesday, according to authorities.

He was driving a car that had been reported stolen and he was taken into custody, charged with possession of a stolen motor vehicle, police said.  He was due in bond court Wednesday.
