“It’s almost like there’s a war going on."Funny the "endemic violence" in 65% black Baltimore is noticed by both owners of capital who decide not to invest in the city and white people who continue to abandon the city (remembering whites long ago abandoned the city their ancestors after the black riots of 1968...).
